Terms of use
1. Who can use PinPix
You must be at least 14. Under 18 you cannot receive payouts, send or accept paid requests, or see personalised ads.
2. What you may film
Public places only. No private property, no schools, no individuals targeted or followed. Breaking these rules removes the content and blocks the account.
3. Your footage
You keep ownership. You give PinPix a licence to show it, store it in the archive and license it to subscribers and organisations. You earn from the creator pool while it is used.
4. Credits
Credits are prepaid and used only inside PinPix for licences, requests and tips. They cannot be exchanged back into cash. Earnings in euro are separate and paid to your bank.
5. Paid requests
The requester sets the reward and is responsible for the request being lawful. Unfulfilled requests are refunded after 30 minutes. Limit: 5 requests per day. Large rewards are reviewed first.
6. Moderation and appeals
You can report any content. When we remove your content we tell you which rule it broke and you can appeal once. A person, not only a machine, reviews every appeal.
7. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus and the EU Digital Services Act. Contact: legal@pinpix.app (placeholder).
Privacy notice
What we collect
Account details (name, email or phone, date of birth), footage you publish, GPS position when you record, device data for security, and payout details if you get paid.
Location
Your exact position is used only to verify footage. Others see it rounded to about 150 m. You can hide it in Settings.
Faces
Face blur runs on your phone before upload. We do not build face databases or identify people.
Ads
Adults may see ads based on the area of the event. Users under 18 never see ads based on their profile, age or activity.
Your rights (GDPR)
Access, download, correct and delete your data at any time from Settings. Complaints: Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection, Cyprus.
Payments
Identity checks and payouts are handled by our payment provider (Stripe). Creator income may be reported to the tax authority as EU rules (DAC7) require.
